Terms & Conditions

Rates

All rates are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah / IDR

Reservations/Bookings which made intentionally with fault, related to the maximum occupation of a villa/suite, may be cancelled by the management up on notice or will lead to extra charges for the individuals.

Deposit

A credit card is required during the booking process, to guarantee for your stay

Balance of initial booking

The balance of the summary of your initial booking is to be received by us at the first day of your stay/up on check in. We will send an invoice and notice of the balance prior to arrival.

Balance of expenses during your stay

The balance of the summary of your expenses during your stay need to be received by us at the last day of your stay/up on check out. A complete invoice will be handed to you during check out processes.

Payments

We accept credit cards from MasterCard and Visa, all local Indonesian debit cards, bank transfer as well as payment in cash. Related to cash payments, please note that we are only accepting Indonesian Rupiah/IDR.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be received by us in email. Reservations/bookings cancelled or a reduction of nights are charged as indicated below:

31 days before arrival = 100% refundable*
30 days or less = 100% of total booking not refundable*
No refund will be given for no-show or days not used resulting from early check out. In case of late arrival, the resort cannot be held accountable for any flight delays or cancellations

*This cancellation is applicable to reservations/bookings made from May 14, 2020.

Change of arrival dates or premature departure

We will accommodate requests for a change of a confirmed arrival date, provided we have space available for the new dates requested. In such cases, there will be no cancellation fee applied. The newly confirmed dates will be subject to the cancellation terms shown above. No refund or credit will be given in whole or in part for days not used resulting from premature departure.

Insurance

We strongly recommend that you take out a comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. Please note that you and all those accompanying you are not covered by the resort for the full time of your visit against illness, injury, medical evacuation, death, loss of baggage and personal items.

Responsibility

We will not be liable for any injuries, loss of or damage to personal equipment and property during your stay with us, and/or during your participation in any of the resort’s activities. For your safety, please follow any directions that may be given to you during your stay and/or participation of activities. Guests participating in scuba diving (provided by third party), any activities arranged by the resort or a massage (provided by third party) are required to sign an indemnity release form.

Theft or Damage of Hotel Property

Staying guests or visitors will be held responsible, if a theft or damage of hotel property occur. Penalty will be equal with the value of the stolen/damaged item.

Non-Smoking Policy

Be advised that all our rooms are non-smoking, as well as our living area and the covered part of our restaurant. Smoking is allowed at all open air areas of the resort. In case of disregard of our non-smoking policy, a penalty of 5.000.000 IDR will be placed.

Further Warranties and Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable, whether under tort or contract, for any damages or losses suffered or incurred by visitors, including direct, consequential, incidental, special, or indirect damages, arising from or otherwise resulting directly or indirectly from: Delay of international flights, any government restriction, war strike, industrial action, civil commotion, natural disaster or any other event or circumstances beyond our control.
