MORO MA DOTO RESORT
Located on Morotai, the most north easterly of the Spice Islands in the Maluku Archipelago in Indonesia, Moro Ma Doto Resort is a remarkable destination, a hidden gem far from the bustle and crowds of many busier vacation destinations.
In a truly unique location, with the warm waters of the Pacific Ocean to the east and undulating hills to the west, the resort is surrounded by lush tropical forest, a coconut plantation, ancient mango trees and three limestone caves. The architect-designed thatched private villas are nestled amongst the trees on the gentle slopes facing the blue waters of the ocean. Travel time from Daruba’s airport is approximately one hour. Main activities offered are: surfing, snorkeling, diving, fishing, beach volleyball, nature excursions and, of course, just relaxing in the serene grounds of the resort.
LOCATION
Moro Ma Doto Resort sits in splendid seclusion, bordered by rolling hills to the west and a 1.7 km long beach facing the Pacific Ocean to the east. Nestled in the natural topography of the sixty two hectare resort are a number of carefully placed architect-designed, thatched private villas.Traveling time from Daruba’s airport to the resort is approximately one hour. It is a short stroll along the beach from Moro Ma Doto to the small traditional village of Buho Buho.
